Jessica Bohm
Designated Managing Broker
Jess Bohm’s roots run deep in Naperville—it is truly her town. Born at Edward Hospital in 1979, she is a lifelong resident who has been intrinsically connected to the community since birth. After attending Elmwood Elementary and Lincoln Junior High, she graduated from Naperville Central High School in 1997, where she was a multi-medalist in varsity track, even holding a school record in the 4x400 relay.
Her personal history is woven into the city’s fabric. She was married at St. Raphael's in Naperville in 2002 and is now raising three children, all of whom were also born at Edward Hospital. This intimate knowledge of Naperville, from its schools to its community life, is complemented by her active involvement as a Naperville Chamber of Commerce member and her dedicated volunteerism with organizations like the Naperville Settlement and past participation as a Ribfest Volunteer and Sponsor. Outside of her professional demands, she finds balance as an avid reader, traveler, and a home chef who enjoys designing detailed tablescapes.
Leveraging her unparalleled understanding of the local landscape, Jessica has translated her lifelong commitment to Naperville into a remarkable real estate career. She has been licensed since 2006, spending her entire career with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group and has held the Global Luxury certification for over 10 years.
Since becoming a Manager in 2017, she has established herself as an amazing Designated Managing Broker, driving exceptional results. Beyond managing one of Naperville's top real estate offices, Jessica contributes to the wider industry, serving on Association Committees for Mainstreet Realtors, including the Broker Lawyer, Designated Managing Broker, and Professional Standards Committees.
